Innovator® systems offer features to rival any system.

Web Server Administration- access, administer and maintain the Innovator® voice server
from anywhere via a certificate secure Internet connection.

Graphical User Interface- user-friendly Windows style protocol interface for
easy setup and administration at the Innovator® or from any computer
on the LAN, WAN or over the Internet.

Remote System Administration- system maintenance from any telephone or PC.

Park & Page- announces calls to your extension over the office PA or telephone sets.

Call Queuing- places callers in line until extension becomes available.

Fax Tone Detect & Transfer- eliminates the cost and need for a dedicated fax line.

Message Notification- including Pager Notification w/ Callback Number,
gives caller option to leave return phone number with message for display on pager.

desktop messaging and mailbox management, screen pop call manager, telephone scheduler,

Each Innovator® platform has the necessary processing power and
message storage capacity for its respective maximum port size. There are
no added costs for more processor or memory capacity requirements when
adding more ports. And to grow with you, all systems use the same file
structure for easy migration.
Innovator® systems phone system integration is quite extensive
with most in-band protocols pre-configured for point and click setup. 1CTI also offers digital set emulation
integration for Nortel, Norstar and Mitel switches, SMDI integration including custom SMDI for Toshiba phone
systems and digital integration with the phone switch's API/TAPI and "in the skin".
Innovator® LX Lite
Looking for a little more than basic voice messaging, but at a low cost? The LX Lite brings the power of
Linux technology to a very affordable small office solution. The LX Lite handles either
25 or 50 mailbox capacity with up to 4 ports of voice processing. The LX Lite does not offer the CommLink® unified
communications option.

Linux is fast, stable, efficient and very economical! The LX platforms are available
with CommLink®, including Outlook integration- for the market's most affordable unified communications and desktop messaging.
Innovator® 2000
The Innovator® 2000 delivers competitively priced Windows 2000 technology voice processing for the small and
mid-size office. The 2000 platforms provide up to 12 ports of voice processing, handling up to a 200-person
office with ease. The Innovator® 2000 is available with CommLink®, including Outlook integration.
Innovator® 2000 Enterprise
The Innovator® 2000 Enterprise meets the most demanding voice processing and data requirements with its industrial
grade pc platform. The 2000 Enterprise provides up to 48 ports of voice processing and handles up to a 500-person
office. System options include Raid 5 technology and CommLink® unified communicaitons application.
